 The sample reports below are anonymised and adapted for public viewing. They demonstrate ITSA reporting style, layout and approach, rather than providing an exact final client report.

All reports can be tailored to suit the client, project and appointment requirements. Where needed, including public sector or client-specific projects, standard reporting templates can be adopted.

Our reporting is designed to be clear, practical and easy to understand, even for those without a construction background. ITSA’s role is to provide transparent technical assurance, protect quality and act in the client’s best interests at every stage.

Defect trackers can be added to the bottom of each report to provide a clear record of open, closed and ongoing items. Where preferred, ITSA can also maintain a shared live tracker, giving the client and project team real-time visibility of defects, actions, ownership and close-out progress.
